Full Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to all aged 18 and above, except those closely related to an Imaginative Traveller staff member or anyone involved in the competition. Only one entry per person can be submitted for each treasure hunt
  2. Entry to the competition is by completing the following tasks:
    • Entrants must enter their correct name and email address (this will be used to notify the winner)
    • Entrants must complete all required questions and place all required pins within the designated cut off area of each location
  3. Entries must be submitted by the end time displayed on the countdown timer within the game
  4. Late or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Imaginative Traveller cannot take responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction, which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
  5. Prizes won during the game and stored in the treasure chest can be accessed until the game expires
  6. The top prize is a trip for two people on Imaginative Traveller's Annapurna Community Lodge Trek. The tour is land-only and includes international flights departing from the UK only. The tour must be booked before 30th September 2011 for travel before September 30th 2012. The prize cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative. In the event of any of the winners being unable to be contacted, after reasonable attempts have been made, or if any is found to be in breach of the rules or fails to take up their prize for any reason, including illness, unavailability, problems in having consent for absence from work, licensing difficulties OR problems with obtaining a sign off from their doctor regarding state of health to participate, the Imaginative Traveller reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up in the relevant category but it is not obliged to do so.
  7. The winner will be the person who has the closest aggregate pin placement to the pre-defined pins placed by the Imaginative Traveller at the start of each treasure hunt. The Imaginative Travellers decision as to the winner is final.
  8. Double loyalty points are only available up to a maximum of 10%. Loyalty discounts apply to published land price only and do not apply to local payments or flights.
  9. All Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer and are non transferable.
  10. Entrants will be expected to take part in post-competition publicity for the Imaginative Traveller
  11. The Imaginative Traveller reserves the right to cancel the competition or any of these rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control
  12. The Imaginative Traveller will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission
  13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
